Just want to clarify if sneak mode can be used as RP tool to simulate IC just trying to be inconspicuous. This is mostly done in open spaces in cities and some indoor areas like shops and inns(not in private rooms). I'm basically using it like a visual tag and I've been informed that sneak mode doesn't really work in cities. Doing a passive observer as part of my RP in one character, not to spy on anyone. I hope I'm not breaking any rules, and if I am, I can stop doing it and find other ways to RP it.
