Title: Uncanny Dodge
Post by: DubiousScroll on Aug 31, 2022, 01:33 PM
Hello!

I don't know if this has already been flagged, but, at the next hak update if the following classes could maybe be given Uncanny Dodge that'd be great:

Monk (figure this is an oversight as the classes' AC is primarily DEX/WIS based)
Duelist (Having to dip into Ranger, Rogue, Bard, or Barb to get Uncanny Dodge is kind of a bummer.  Shadow Dancer and Bladesinger gives UD, figure it'd be appropriate if Duelist did too seeing)

Best,
Dingo

Monk is planned.

Duelist does not have it, because it's assumed you would have one of the above listed classes if you're taking Duelist, as that is kind of the theme of Duelist.

You know, that's fair.

What about Druids?  Seeing as they get bonus AC for not being in heavy armor, have Hide/MS focused builds, it's a little irritating they don't get it and have to dip into another class if they want it.

Isn't uncanny dodge supposed to run on instinct? How much sense would that make ICly for a high-concentration caster? Just curios.

I mean, they also turn into bears who are nothing but instinct.
