The movie kicked ass. A few things I would have liked to see done differently, but a solid 9/10.
If you need to ask what movie... well lets not even go there.
These are not the droids you're looking for. You can go about your business. Move along.
Oh, you saw Alvin and the Chipmunks?
I want to see it, but I'm afraid of people, so I'm going to wait until next week, during the AM, and then I will live the experience!
Friday morning showings are usually the most empty.
I heard someone wanted a spoiler free conversation of this movie.
I'm afraid I can't help myself.

ladybug I can't believe Dave is proposing and Alvin and the crew get upset!
Also you can tell the Software group at my office is a bit nerdy.

I'm seeing it sunday, so yeah urgh can it be Sunday?
I'm going to see it sunday too. So stoked! And that spoiler....omg. Awesome
I'm probably going to give this move a solid 5/7.

I see you, too, have seen that collection of Facebook posts.
I am also in the "Seeing It Sunday" batch.
I was going to see it today, but sacrificed my Star Wars immediate-gratification lust for the opportunity to finish off my group's PnP session's final chapter before I have to take my winter DMing break. So instead of Star Wars today, I get to try and kill my party with a badass blue dragon.

Do or do not, there is not try.
Can I use diplomacy on the dragon?
I loved Alvin and the Chipmunks last night and I think I might watch it again.
I am waiting to see that, or Kungfu Panda!
Seen it, loved it, not perfect obviously but I loved it, and thought it set up the new movies wonderfully. Through it also reinforced my rule of seeing movies when the theatre is quiet whenever possible. As the folks on the row behind us seemed determined to talk throughout and kick the chairs annoyingly. I have a simple rule you can make one brief comment every 30 mins or so anything more is too much talking, shut up and let me enjoy the damned movie.
Also I'm pretty sure that the 3 year old was too young for a two hour movie, but I understood it was a parent wanting the 'I took my Kid to Star Wars' memory and actually said three year old was better behaved than the adults who wouldn't shut the hell up. Sorry I just really hate talking at the cinema. It's why I also usually go to them on my own.
SEND THE TALKERS TO THE SPECIAL HELL !
Saw it Sunday.
Awesome beyond words. A few minor quibbles that really did not detract from the overall experience. Eagerly looking forward to Ep8.
