Hello! I'd like to drop a little suggestion
The two dragon breathing classes are quite distinguished in their specialization.
As a DD it's hard to use breath weapon. Friendly fire, low DC, and with all that strenght you got you probably deal more damage by bashing people.
But being draconic and never using your breath because it's a waste of a turn goes quite againts the power fantasy of the class
My suggestion is the following:
DDs focus on being martials while DIs are casters.
Can we switch DD core stat to CON for the dragon breath? it would also make sense rp wise since they transform a lot more physically rather than magically.
Their breath is really pathetic compared to DIs who get to shape it and also get to be full casters on top of it.
Some extra damage\dc on DD breath could also be good, considering that they cannot shape it so they can use it in very limited scenarios.
