Second that. My favorite bit of "Fox Magic" was the snowball event around xmas the previous years, and that is probably not even scratching the patina of all the stuff they've contributed to the server. <3 Ty, Fox!

Heyo, I just happened to spot this while checking the forums. It's usually better to use discord to test the waters. You can use a poll by using emojis in response to your own post there, and then people can just click the emoji to show they are interested. Lots of people ignore the forums, I think.

I don't want to beat a dead horse or anything, but is it possible to just put a "skin" on a familiar, so at the base it's still a pixie or whatever? I swear I've seen that done.

Being almost anywhere on the surface without disguise/Alter Self/etc, as a Drow or other "obviously evil" thing, is not something other players should have to deal with.

@ Ven - for me it usually depends on my OOC state of mind. The most logical thing for a surfacer spotting a drow (or vice versa if there's a human in the Underdark) is to confront them, knives out (or just throw a fireball as a greeting). If that's not what I'm looking for that day, then ignoring works.

Nehimeou Arba-Qurun is a follower of the Mulhorandi pantheon, with Horus-Re being a natural focus (even if he isn't her patron deity). I'm a filthy EU player, though, so not sure how many events I can get to reasonably.

I'm not sure about the back end part of this, i.e. how hard is it to script? Also, from what I have heard it can be a blessing to stay in the mid to late teens/early epics, because more stuff happens there (quests and dungeons and stuff). No reason to chase ticks. That said, I'm late to the discussion and I didn't read all of this, so I might be totally out of the loop

PS: I just created a fresh character, and I've had fun with that. No reason to rush to the teens, even. People need to chill. <3

Since I made a new character recently, and went through the newbie introduction quest, I have been seeing where I could /setraise. Found out that very few actually work. It would be amazing if it could be looked at, or if this is not important to the team, at least remove the option or advertisement in the newbie quest? It can be frustrating when something doesn't seem to work as intended. 

I haven't tried using the bindstone in a lot of inns, but so far it seems like that isn't very functional either.



Locations that I've tested: 

Arabel - Tymora - does not work

Arabel - Kelemvor - does not work

Arabel - Brightwater Halls - Sunite (+others) - does not work

Highmoon - Temple of Oghma - /setraise does "work", but when you die it sends you to the Velethuil temple

Suzail - shrines of Lliira + Malar + Deneir + Milil - does not work

Suzail - temple of the defenders (Tyr + Torm) - Works properly!

Halfhap - temple of Helm? - does not work

Eveningstar - temple of Lathander - does not work

Swordhaven - temple of Tempus, Valkur, The Red Knight, Stronmaus - does not work

Thunderholme temple - does not work

Immersea - Temple of the guiding light, Kelemvor, Helm, Hoar - does not work
