General Discussion / What's Your Sign?
Sep 25, 2020, 12:57 PM

Birthday Information for Nallah Del Rose

Age 22 in 1381
Born 8 Marpenoth, 1359 DR.
Year of Serpent
Born under the Sign of the Fish
and with 3rd Qtr Selûne under the sign of the Swan

Those born under the sign of the Fish are artistic. They have lively, analytical minds and make inspiring teachers. Imaginative, they are radical and idealistic thinkers.

Those born with Selûne under the sign of the Swan are discriminating, authoritative and set high personal standards. They appear cool and detached but are secret romantics and can be sensitive, vulnerable and self critical. Keenly perceptive, they have an eye for detail and refined aesthetic taste.

Consider that I'm a Favored Soul of a deity with a favored weapon that's either martial or exotic. In NWN2 and PnP, I would receive the appropriate proficiency with that weapon. Due to, I imagine, how deity choice in NWN1 is just a text box and how this class is a custom built one with that in mind, no such proficiency is automatically gained here. Is this something that should be granted for free via a LETO request or the like, or do Favored Souls have to burn the appropriate feats to get proficiency? If I've already created and done things with a Favored Soul character, including taking a proficiency, is it appropriate to ask for a LETO feat addition for the feat I should have gotten had I not taken proficiency at level 3 instead?
Another staff member will be able to detail it better, but the weapon proficiency requirement is more for Prcs (Champion or divine discipule, for example).

Favored Soul and Cleric are optional to get, although it helps in the roleplay and posture of the character if you get icly.

If you have already created the character and do not want / do not need the feat, you can request a modification by leto later, if necessary.

I am grateful to the admins, for all the hard work they did, and for all the effort and dedication to make the server work for so many years. My only regret was not having find this server before.

I am grateful to a friend of mine, who indicated this server to me after having spent a long time without playing nwn, renewing my passion and expectations with this game. And with the right server to enjoy and with a fantastic community and a fantastic group of admins.

Suggestions Archive / Questtimes

I use CST because it's... more simple.

It's 2 hours longer than my local timezone. Only add "more two hours" to quickly know the quest time for me.

And as it is almost impossible to calculate each timezone individually, I preferred to adopt one as a reference when posting the times (when I don't use websites).

About daylight, it's complicated. They use another timezone (which is a variation of ANOTHER timezone) and I don't know what time others use. For me (who has no daylight, by federal decree in my country), using CST still helps me get references, and pass them on.
