A quest began today, and it was heavy stuff. There was tension in the group, a terrifying possibility for the quest, a standoff beforehand, all of the makings of a major story about to come to life, or explode prematurely, but this isn't a DM Kudos.

: Cam's reaction today was shattering. Of all the hate the character may get, I feel like every moment led up to this in a display of RP that made me take my hands off of my keyboard entirely, sit back, and just stare at the screen, floored. You got me, sir. That was amazing, and I'm thrilled that I got to be there for such a raw, frankly epic moment.

Can't wait to see more!

Big ups to for the latest in "Strange Tidings on the Dragonmere." Good tension, rewarding exploration, and critical thinking saving the day was an excellent touch! This has been a tremendously fun questline to be part of with Rhia, so thank you!

Thanks to aDM Graveman for a fun random AdHoc quest! Good fun was had amidst the chaos, and it was intriguing, with a good tie in to server events! Cheers!

Player Announcements / Baby schedule....
May 18, 2020, 04:55 PM
So, the GF and I had a baby in Jan. This means that with the whole Covid thing going on ... not only am I stay-at-home Dad'ing this thing, but there's no such thing as a break or babysitters for us. Baby respects no game time, nor schedules, so I haven't been around, but as things even out with her schedule, I'm trying again. I hope to see you all in game with Rhia and Jerrick soon! <3

I will likely AFK a lot, and suddenly, so please be patient!

This is more general than specific, because I've only been around since August, but there's a reason I've been here -that- long!
Not only do y'all have a pretty awesome playerbase, but the fact that not only is your DM team active (With a cool quest scheduling system), but the Admin team is active too!
By that I mean that I played on another server for years and years, which of course had ups and downs, but eventually there was a degree of slowdown that happened that made it feel less real and alive, since players 'changing the world' in-game = admin work. And it IS work. Unpaid, under-appreciated sometimes, talent and learning required, work.

So thank you, Admin team, for not only being PRESENT to talk to people, answer questions, and being visible, but for all that actual WORK.
It's frankly amazing, and a big reason why I've stuck around, because everything you're doing -works- to build a really terrific, engaging, and welcoming environment for all of our shananigans.

Thanks to @belladonna for taking consistent time to do "Behind the scenes" stuff for all the players requesting/needing stuff.
It's SO cool to be on a server where this stuff is even possible, and the fact that y'all schedule time to do it is amazing and kind. Thank you, Admins, DMs, and Devs alike for this stuff as well.

Thank you to for the tour of the shield and a fun experience for my new PC. ^_^ It was pleasant and informative all at once, and helped me make some more concrete ideas and feelings for him, too!

Thanks to aDm Blackheart for providing an open and rewarding RP experience working in a multi-part quest! It's awesome to feel like stuff's getting done ^_^

1 - What days of the week and weekend do you play:
Basically any day while unemployed.

2 - what are your schedules: CST (Central time USA):
Generally weekday evenings, and on and off during weekends.

3 - Your characters, and themes that attract your character's attention:
Rhiannon Faelynn. Anything about helping others will get her attention.
Traveling somewhere new is on her list of favorite things to do.
Anything nature-related (Threat to the balance etc) is a guaranteed drive, a she is duty bound to preserve the balance.

@melody Thanks for the late night RP last night, in regards to not just the quest, but the cumulative toll of loss I've been working through with Rhia.

You give Melody a ton of life and empathy, and it takes someone who has those traits themselves to portray it so fully. Thank you for sharing it with me and my character!

RJ - Reality Jumper

Last night on "Family Issues" you provided a story with a fun and subtle beginning, introduced a mystery and a little drama, sprinkled in some danger, and ended up making a story that not only will I not soon forget, but that exceeds anything I'd been able to think of for Rhia (And Korra!) so far! During that adventure, I laughed, I teared up, and laughed some more. Thank you for taking a little information, and making a LOT of story to play with. I'm looking forward to seeing Morrolan again sometime for certain, and love the direction the story went.

Thank you for being an excellent storyteller, and letting us experience it!

Ashlin, Doe, Myv, and of course, Korra !Thanks to each of you that came along to "Family Issues", esp Singer (Ashlin) who had real 'family issues' of the timing variety but stuck around anyway! <3

That was such a cool character building experience, and I'm glad I got to share it with people that have been instrumental with my character's growth!

The first adventure in the "gem's the breaks" series was super fun, and the NPCs that the Dm team brought to life for us had me chuckling the whole night through. I can't WAIT for the next installment, y'all were wonderful worldbuilders in there, and it felt plenty real! <3 Thanks!
