They will, on average...

Heal 9 less HP per heal kit spam.

Also something to keep in mind.  Any adjustment to healing spells, specifically the Cure line or Heal, will also alter the potions.  At present the scale up just about how I want them to, with the Lesser Heal vials doing about 60hp, and Heal potions around 110ish.
