Vendor Addition

Is it possible that we might have a slight alteration to some of the scroll vendors, or a new one added that can sell 10 stacks of scrolls? 

I ask this because I hate buying scrolls one at a time. My laptop has a really weird graphical thing going on (Thanks Lenovo) that means my resolution is 600x800...on a 4k screen, and I can't change this. It makes buying scrolls a huge pain in the ass, especially when they're on the corners of the merchant window. 

I know it'd be a bit of work to put together an implement, but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask.

Elhazir's sells the 10 stacks, I think. On the miscellaneous tab.

Those are blank scrolls. I'm talking about things like Displacement, Icyscales, Armor of Darkness, See Invisibility, Ultravision.
