Dwarven War Axe Requirement (Already Implemented)

Getting a friend into the server and he's an avid dwarven supremacy believer. We were talking about how dwarven war-axes require the exotic feat. We thought it would make sense that another requirement that could circumvent that is being a dwarven race. Just seemed strange to me that a dwarf needs the exotic feat to hold a dwarven war-axe. Makes sense for any other race of course but was a little strange the more we talked about it when it comes to dwarves.

Dwarves don't require exotic weapon proficiency to use dwarven waraxes.
