Challenge Mode - Relax Level Requirement

I am thankful for the newly introduced mode to give something a little extra to dungeons that have become old hat.

One suggestion...maybe loosen the gated requirement where player-characters that are just 3-4 levels above their groups can't enter a challenge mode dungeon.

Example: our group of level 18-19s, has one person that I is lvl 21, maybe 22 who can't enter a challenge mode dungeon with everyone else. Which means we all simply enter the less exciting, trivial to complete, regular old version so we don't have to separate from our beloved slightly higher level friend.
