Question on Character Creation

I know this isn't terribly important since there is a complete customizer in the starting and OOC areas, but I was curious to what file I am missing in my NWN. When I go to make a new character, at the end when you can see the models and appearance/tattoos etc, there is just a blank box. Any idea what I am missing?

I only have CD haks installed currently

Try giving the game a reinstall. That is an issue I have with the game (like you said, not a big deal since chargen is extended), but I have a handful of graphical mods that mess with the core files. See if reinstalling the game doesn't do the trick.
