This was my first time building an area and I did have help but can you take a minute and give me some feedback.
Please tell me 4 things number them if you don't mind.
1. What do I definitely need to change or fix?

3. Which NPC is your favorite and why?
4. What will get you to spend more time here?

1. What do I definitely need to change or fix?

Probably to separate the sauna from the room so it can be open for more people to use. And add more drinks

2. What do you like best?

The Spa and the smoking room which my own terms, Snoop Room

3. Which NPC is your favorite and why?

All of the cats and Miravel

4. What will get you to spend more time here?

Probably events within the place or maybe a discount on certain stuff and roleplay of course

1. the magic mouth's interact radius is a bit large and they can sometimes engage in conversation windows with people not using them. The wandering npcs should avoid trampling all over the stage maybe?  a few dialogue typos

2. it's out of arabel and worth going it's far but not so far enough you have to work to get there it brings even some idling out of the square which is both good or bad depending on how activity in your own group goes but I could very much hit the Lucky to celebrate a dungeon run

3. the wandering cats and the custom music pianist

4. properly installing audio files, spawn point, and more active players to rp with. I try to find spots where I'm most likely to pick up on a conversation I can get involved in typically this means the square but as we've all had in times it can quickly become whisperville there making your life awfully silent. A few custom consumable could be fun, a potion that turns you into a house cat would keep me rolling on the floor for days, name the drink the Paws and Refelct, or Whisker Whiskey
