I have seen alot of gems on this server, but I don't know or cannot remember if there are Moonstones. Are there any Moonstones on this server?

Oh yes.  Govinda has almost 400 of them on his person.

Keep in mind, that would be something incredibly easy for an NPC to track via ledgers and such.
