Brambles + Spikes and Magic Staves

Fairly simple one here: Make brambles and spikes castable on magic staves, as they are on clubs and quarterstaves. There's an entire line of staves intended to be used by druids/clerics, and seeing as staffs aren't particularly powerful weapons nor druids being in the best spot, this would be a nice little touch that would make those staves feasible for persistent use for druids.
