Cleaning up factions

As part of the start-of-the-year "maintenance" activity, I will be going through the faction and player group forums.  Groups that have had no forum activity in the past six months will be deemed inactive.  I will archive the forum accordingly.

This does not mean that the factions are disbanded.  The faction or group forum will be available again, once 4 or more active players are interested in the group.
