It's probably something that might be handled better as a DM recurring NPC type deal, I'm thinking.

I do not mind this idea if the person agrees in advance with everyone to let the character be subjected to any and all consequences possible for the character.  :-) Otherwise, subtle works best in the server for characters that stick around longer.  Even other evils prefer it that way (well, other than knives pointed to their backs!).
