Spell Plague

Hello!!
How About bring a mega event (mega quest) from important event that happen in faerun that is spell plague?

We are not doing the Spellplague, or any of the post-3e plots or associated setting revisions, at least not without heavy editing.

CD broke with canon's timeline at 1372 DR (in game it is currently 1382 DR, nearimg 1383) and from that point forward exists in its own separate portrayal of the FR universe. One that does not include many of the pre-4e retcons or revisions to the setting and will not include the Spellplague, Abeir, or any of the other events or fallout that followed in 4e and beyond.

You know, as much as I love a lot of what they're doing/have done for 5e, 4e Forgotten Realms remains just... just awful.  It almost feels like those awkward teenage years where you stop doing things you enjoy because they're not cool to try and fit in with the dark fantasy in crowd.
