Concentration a Weapon Master Skill?

Short of it: Can we make Concentration a WM class Skill.

Why: I've noticed taunt being used a lot here on Cormyr, I love the mechanic. I should note some Martial classes do not get concentration forcing CC, perhaps an opportunity for some improvement? 

Barbarian: (So instilled with rage he ignores everything but his target) - Immune to taunt at certain level?

Weapon Master: I would think with someone who can harnesses Ki to have high concentration? It is in the Monk Skill list?

Just some thoughts.

Barbarian simply being immune during rages is a nice flavor without simply giving them the skill!

I would personally rank barbarian as the last martial class that needs anything else given to it, at a certain point. Multiclass. Weaponmaster, I kinda get, but really the same thing should apply there, imo.

I think it makes sense for WM.. I disagree with Barbarian.
