Additional Restart Spawn - House of Refuge

[Xanarkan]

Would the House of Refuge - Shelter and Orphanage at the Monastery of the Rose Leaf make for an acceptable server restart spawn point?

Reasoning: They may not require payment for beds like your typical inn or tavern, but they do accept donations/charity in compensation for lodging and meals with the ground floor described as a public place of rest.

Personal Stake: Gwaith will be residing here periodically for some time as she works through some personal growth. At least one member of the Ilmateri faith active in the Arabel community may find lodging here appropriate as well.
