The drumming sound effect in the Pit's Edge area

Can this please please please be removed?

It's really irritating as it's not actually music - I have game music switched off so I can listen to my own music, but every time I enter this area I'm assailed by the drumming and end up having to switch sound effects off completely just to stop the drumming sounds. 

I'm sure others find this annoying. I'd love to use this area more to socialise in but I'm convinced no one wants to use it because that drumming drives them insane!

I do not mind them the first 20 minutes, but it sucks to have a music you cannot turn off music for without turning off sound effects all together. There are a few tracks I rather not hear again. xD And am grateful the music off option is built into NWN.

I imagine the volume can be turned down on that sound effect without completely removing it to hopefully find a happy medium for everyone.
