Additional TWF Feats

Back on the old forum, there was a planned implementation of the Tempest PrC, including the Two-Weapon Defense/Improved and Greater Two-weapon Fighting feats.

Tempest was reasonably shelved and was told in the past that the feats would not be getting added, either. Is implementation of these any more feasible under EE, or is it just as kludgy and not worth it?

Tempest is currently mothballed. I have no way at present to add offhand attacks.  There may be some NWNX fuckery to allow for it at some point, but we'll see.

What about the TWD feats for additional AC? And could GTWF be implemented as just a further AB penalty reduction?
