Yes and no.

There is no in-game crafting system in place for them yet. What USED to happen was that requests for such items being crafted were made here on the forums, the costs calculated up by the requester, and then after approval a DM would create the requested item in the Toolset, import it into the game on their avatar, and remove the XP and GP cost from the character.

However, with the addition of the in-game crafting system for Weapons and Armor, I don't know if we still do that for the other feats that haven't been implemented yet. It appears we do not, given the rather inactive state of the Crafting Requests forum.

Is the weapon and armor crafting up and running in game? I know the arcane forge is in the Violet Flame, and the tokens are in the loot tables.

I've heard from FW that it's working, or at least it's supposed to be.
