Change tattooes with the Pc Appearance changer

It would be great if the PC appearance changer Illithid could also change the tattoos  on a PC, not just the colour.

I feel I should bump this suggestion, it would also allow access to some of the tattoos we have in our Hawks that are unavailable otherwise without requiring a LETO request.
