Creating a New Faction?

If someone wants to go about creating a new faction, is this something one can do? If so, what are the IC and OOC steps one might need to take in order to create them? Are they able to have buildings/headquarters for themselves as well?

Factions are specifically the setting-associated organizations like the various churches, cults, PDs/WWs, Harpers, etc. If you're wanting to make a local cell of one that doesn't have one yet, a PM to the admins should be suitable. We would want at least a few people - 4 or 5 minimum - to be added, and an NPC contact/leader would need to be found or made.

If this is a less-canon organization or group of people that falls under the guild rules rather than factions. =)

Where can I find the guild rules and information? I'm BLIND and haven't found 'em.

There's not really a post, it seems. Might need to fix that.

Setting up a guild forum is pretty simple though. Just PM the admins with the name of the guild, a handful of participating players' forum names, and the purpose or goal(s) of the guild. We'll take it from there. =)
